Open your existing profile, check the sign-in options in the app and get help when account access does not work.
Start inside the app
Launch the game from your phone’s app drawer. Use the account or sign-in options shown on its opening screen. This website does not contain a login form.
If you have just installed the game, complete the first-run steps before choosing a game mode. The installation guide covers getting to this point.
Return to the same profile
Use the sign-in method associated with your existing account. Choosing a different provider or starting a new guest session may open a separate profile.
Before changing devices or reinstalling, check how your current profile is linked. Keep your player ID available for support if it is shown in the app.
If the sign-in screen keeps loading
- Check whether other websites open on the same connection.
- Close and reopen the app once.
- Set the phone’s date and time to update automatically.
- Check for an update through the source used for your installed copy.
If the problem continues, note the error text and whether it happens on Wi-Fi, mobile data or both.
If an account appears to be missing
Check that you selected the same sign-in method as before. Avoid repeatedly creating new accounts while trying to find the old one. Send app support the player ID, phone model, Android version and a description of the problem.

App opening and account access are different issues
If the game closes before its opening screen, work through the launch troubleshooting steps. If the app opens but the profile cannot be accessed, use the account checks above.
