Fix download, installation and launch problems
Start with the symptom you see. A connection issue, an installer message and a login problem need different checks.
The download does not start
Check your connection and open the download page in an up-to-date browser. Look in the Downloads list before tapping again: the file may already be pending. If you opened the page inside another app, try your phone’s browser.
Review storage and download permissions. If the destination shows an error, record its address and the message.
The file is missing or incomplete
Check both your browser’s Downloads list and the phone’s Downloads folder. A paused or failed entry is not a completed installer. Resume the download if the browser offers that option, or remove only that incomplete copy before trying again.
Android says “App not installed”
Check available storage, whether the file finished and whether another copy of the app is already installed. An update from an incompatible signing source can cause a conflict.
Follow the installation guide and source checks. Keep device protections on and avoid clearing existing app data as a first step.
The app closes or stays on its opening screen
- Close the app and open it again.
- Restart the phone if the problem remains.
- Check free storage and available Android system updates.
- Look for an app update through the distribution source used for your installed copy.
Clearing cache and clearing storage are different actions. Clearing storage may remove local account information, so review the choice carefully.
Online tables will not connect
Check whether other online services work. If possible, compare Wi-Fi and mobile data and note whether the issue affects both. Close unnecessary background downloads. If offline practice works but online play does not, include that distinction when contacting support.
Give support the useful details
Include your phone model, Android version, the app version shown on your device, the exact error and when it occurred. A screenshot of the error can help after you hide personal details. For profile access, read login help; for the app support address, see About.
